The fees are based upon clinical and laboratory costs, with laboratory costs compromising a major component. In most cases, our highly skilled on-site dental technicians produce the restorations. Considerably more time is needed to produce a custom restoration with excellence. Although this does increase the cost to the patient, it also results in a better final result. Payment for all dental services is due on the day they are provided. For procedures involving multiple appointments, payment will be divided into two equal payments: the first payment will be required when treatment is initiated and the second payment is due at the insertion appointment. Please note that our office does not direct bill your insurance company. However, we will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf so that you may receive your eligible reimbursement. Generally, you will receive payment from your insurance company in two to three weeks time.
